What's included in the price?
The price includes water, electricity, sheets and towels, kitchen equipment, air conditioning, heating and wi-fi. VAT (10%) is also included in the price.
The tourist tax in Ibiza is included or not depending on the website where you made the reservation. You can contact us if you have any questions.
When should I make the payment?
The amount of the reservation is charged to the bank card provided (credit or debit) when the free cancellation period ends. We also accept payment by bank transfer. No deposit is required to guarantee the reservation.

Can I stay with my pet?
In the apartments in Valencia and Benidorm, pets are welcome. Contact us to check the amount of the supplement in each city. In the other destinations/buildings, we are sorry but it is not possible.
Can I cancel my reservation?
Yes, with the conditions specified for each accommodation. In case of no show (no show), we will charge the total amount of the stay.
The amount of the reservation will not be refunded if the client leaves the apartment before the end of their stay.
Is there a deposit?
Yes, we block an amount as a deposit before arrival, which is unblocked the week after departure if the apartment is left in the same conditions as at the entrance (nothing broken, no food or garbage, the kitchen collected ... ). We ask that you respect the building and the apartment (furniture and equipment). The company reserves the right not to return part or all of the deposit if this point is not met.
CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT
From what time can I enter the apartment? Until what time can I stay?
Each destination has its arrival and departure times, so we recommend that you review your reservation. If you need to enter before or leave later, contact us and we will do our best to organize it (subject to availability and needs of the cleaning team). Being late to the apartment does not suppose an extra cost.
Where can I collect the keys?
In Valencia, keys are collected in the same apartment building, either at the office or in a small safe at the entrance. Instructions for collecting the keys in the safe are sent 24 hours before arrival by email.

In Ibiza and Benidorm, the keys are collected at the reception of the building.
Do I have to clean the apartment before check-out?
No, the final cleaning is included in the price. We do ask that the apartment be in the same conditions as during check-in, with the kitchen tidied up and without food or garbage. If the cleaning department considers that the apartment has been left in poor condition, the company reserves the right to charge an extra for cleaning (€ 50).
Is there an office?
Yes, our office is in the Soho Suites building, at Calle Torno del Hospital, 7 in Valencia. The office is open every day from 10:00 to 14:00 and from 16:00 to 18:00. Check the special holiday hours such as January 1st and 6th, March 19th or December 25th and 31st.

What happens if I lose the keys or leave them inside?
You should contact our staff, who will try to solve it as soon as possible. If it is necessary to call a locksmith, we can provide you with a phone number, but you will have to pay for their service.
Can I host parties?
No, parties are completely prohibited. If the company is contacted by the police or the neighbors due to noise in an apartment at night, the apartment must be vacated immediately, without the right to a refund of the amount of the reservation or the deposit.

How many people can stay in an apartment?
The number of people staying cannot exceed the maximum capacity of the apartment.
Is the apartment cleaned every day?
We do not offer daily cleaning, but it is possible to contract an extra cleaning during the stay (ask for the price).

What happens if my apartment is robbed?
The company cannot be held responsible for the theft of objects deposited inside the apartments. Clients are kindly requested not to leave valuables or money inside the apartments.
