Flats Friends Tetuán is a building located in the heart of Valencia, next to La Paz street and very close to the main tourist attractions of the city.
This loft in Flats Friends Tetuán combines warm decoration with exposed stone and brick walls. It is furnished to accommodate 2 people with a double bed, cotton sheets and towels, a small kitchen, dining area and bathroom with shower.
This studio is located on the ground floor of the building and is accessed directly from the street. In addition to the door, there is a sliding gate that offers extra security. However, if you are a light sleeper or like bright apartments, we think one of the other studios and apartments available in the building will better suit your preferences.
When you feel like going out, it is a 5-minute walk from the historic center if you walk to the left and from the main shopping area (Colón and Don Juan de Austria streets) if you go to the right. It is the ideal location to discover the city on foot!
The keys are collected independently in a small safe at the entrance of the building. In this way, contact between people is minimized, although our staff is available if you have any questions.

Posizione veramente strategica. Pulizia ottima (sono molto pignola sul tema!), appartamento corrispondente alle foto, molto accogliente, bene illuminato, letto comodissimo, doccia fantastica.

Temevo fosse claustrofobico per l'assenza di luce proveniente dall'esterno, ma con grande piacere ho scoperto che ne filtra un po'. Deve essere ben studiato anche il sistema di aerazione, perché gli asciugamani non rimangono umidi. Non siamo stati disturbati da rumori esterni, ma è anche vero che può andare un po' a fortuna. Si sentono gli scarichi dall'appartamento di sopra, ma è una cosa normale in tanti appartamenti. Non abbiamo utilizzato la cucina, per cui non posso lasciare commenti in merito. Ci tornerei di sicuro: complimenti davvero, avete ricavato un'ottima soluzione in poco spazio. Grazie! |
