- The SUMA card combines tickets for Metrovalencia, EMT (urban red bus), MetroBus (interurban yellow bus) and Renfe Cercanías, and includes a transfer.
- You can charge 10 trips at a time up to a maximum of 30 trips.
- It can be used to make up to 15 simultaneous trips by people traveling together.
- It is bought at tobacconists (estanco) and Renfe or MetroValencia stations.
- To move within zone A (Valencia city) the price of 10 trips is €8.00. For the airport it is essential to buy the zone C option.

The rent of one of our apartments in Valencia includes water, electricity, air conditioning, heating, wi-fi internet connection, sheets and towels, kitchen equipment and final cleaning. VAT (10%) is also included in the price.
The amount of the reservation is charged on the bank card provided (credit or debit) in the days prior to the arrival date, once the free cancellation period ends. We also accept payment by bank transfer. No deposit is required to guarantee the reservation.
Yes, in the apartments pets are welcome! There is a supplement of €25 per day. At Hostal Plaza de la Reina we are sorry, but it is not possible.
Yes, with the following conditions:
- From the date of the reservation up to 7 days (apartments) or 3 days (hostal) before the check-in: free cancellation.
- 7 days (apartments) or 3 days (hostal) before the check-in: payment of the total amount of the stay.
- In case of no show (No show): payment of the total amount of the stay.
The price of the reservation will not be returned if the client leaves the apartment before the end of their stay.
Yes, we block an amount in the card as a guarantee before arrival, which is unblocked in the week following departure if the apartment is left in the same conditions as when checking-in (nothing broken, no food or garbage, tidied-up kitchen... ). We ask you to respect the building and the apartment (furniture and equipment). The company reserves the right not to return part or all of the deposit if this point is not met.
The apartment is guaranteed from 16:00 and the check-out is until 12:00 (noon). If you need to enter before or leave later, contact us and we will do our best to organize it (subject to availability and needs of the cleaning team). Late check-in does not involve an extra cost.
The keys are collected in the same building as the apartment, either at the reception desk or in a small safe at the entrance. The instructions for collecting the keys in the safe are sent 24 hours before arrival by email.
No, the final cleaning is included in the price. We do ask that the apartment be left in the same conditions as when checking-in, with the kitchen tidied up and without garbage or food. If the cleaning department considers that the apartment is left dirty, the company reserves the right to charge an extra cleaning fee (€ 50).
Yes, our office in Valencia is in the Soho Suites building, in Torno del Hospital street, 7. The reception is open every day from 10:00 to14:00 and from 16:00 to 18:00. Check the special schedule of holidays such as January 1st and 6th, March 19th or December 25th and 31st.
If you lose the key or leave it inside the bulb, you should contact our staff, who will try to solve it as soon as possible. As they are security bulbs, the cost of the installation by the locksmith is €150 and will be at your expense. If a copy of the key must be made, the price of each copy is €50.
No, parties are completely prohibited. If the company is contacted by the police or neighbors for noise in an apartment at night, you must leave the apartment immediately, without the right to refund the amount of the reservation or the deposit.
The number of people staying can not exceed the maximum capacity of the apartment.
We do not offer daily cleaning, but it is possible to hire an extra cleaning during the stay, for € 35.
